Updates for our Friends in Real Estate

June/July 2021

There has been a lot of real estate activity in our beautiful area, and we thank you for your work promoting our neighborhood.

You won’t want to miss the details of the upcoming July 3rd evening golf cart/bicycle/ stroller/ leash event called the Summer Celebration Parade. There is another article posted there as well, highlighting our recent Sarasota Bay & Estuary Program (SBEP) event, which we coordinated with our friends in South Gate. Go to flcce.com for more on these and other news.

As always, we are a Deed Restricted Community, and you may visit our Deed Restriction/Enforcement tab to see how our process is working.

On another note, please pass along, to potential new FLCCE residents, that while we love our pets and welcome all pet owners, we do adhere to Sarasota County Code: Chapter 14; Animals, Article II. Animal Control. Dogs and cats must remain within the owner's property, either fenced in or on a leash. Pets are prohibited from making objectionable noises for any length of time.

As you can see there is much activity in Forest Lakes Country Club Estates, and we are working hard to maintain and improve our area. In as much, we are asking for your help. Once your property in FLCCE is Sold, please identify it as such with either a Pending Sale or Sold sign. Once the contracts are complete, we ask that you please, remove the sign from the yard.
In this way, we all work together to show that homes in our area are appealing and selling. It motivates us all to work together.

As you know, our new Realtors tab hosts our Deed Restrictions. In this way, we hope to make it easier for you to print them for distribution to your clients.

Thank you for helping us maintain and improve this special neighborhood just west of I-75. And if we can be of any help, please reach out to flccehoa@gmail.com.
